Taking a walk beyond the strings of time, the founder of Delhi Karvaan took with him a piece of Allahabad and Her people. Asif Khan Dehlvi makes his audience relive history in a way that resurrects the characters, the places, and the incidences of the past.

On the 3rd of December, the team of Arz Hai, along with a few invitees were taken on a journey by Mr Dehlvi through the turns of Khusro Bagh. The bricks of the walls spoke to us, narrating the tales and facts in a mix of words through Mr Dehlvi.

Personally, I would say the highest point of the journey was the chai and pakodas that we shared with the team and other visitors of the Bagh as well. The weather made the time all the more engaging.

Hopes for more of such days and memories, Sangamwasi.

I am a teacher of Psychology by day and a writer by night. I was born in Allahabad, and have lived here ever since. This city has nurtured me, groomed me, loved me and infuriated me at times as well. I owe much to her. I am a passionate writer, poet and learner of a few other modes of expression like photography and would like, some day, to be known by these. I want to live it all.
